A member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Helen-Eve Beadle of HE Planning+Design has over 30 years of experience in planning and development.  After 12 years as a senior municipal planning professional in city government, she recently returned to the private sector and her passion for site design and development planning. A background in design and talent for understanding what a property can yield makes HE Planning+Design the obvious choice to move your development project forward.
